MADE IN CANADA 
Our objects are handmade and ship from our studio in Montreal, QC. All orders valued $150 and over going to the USA ride with DHL International Economy or FedEx Ground and will automatically be insured and require signature on delivery. All shipments valued under $150 ride with Canada Post > USPS and include tracking but no signature is required for delivery. Orders travelling within Canada with ship with either Canada Post or FedEx Ground, depending on location and cost. **If you require express shipping or signature on receipt, please note with your order as additional charges may apply.**

TIMELINE AND TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed. If your order is made it will dispatch in 1-3 business days. If your order will be made special for you, production is typically 12 business days. If we receive your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE 
All sales are final due to the high cost of shipping concrete. Concrete can be gifted infinitely.  

DAMAGE
Gravity happens. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the sculpture within 24 hours of arrival. If your sculpture is damaged upon arrival you must email us meow@concretecat.com within 24 hours of delivery (in order for us to file a damage claim with the carrier). Send us a photo of the interior and exterior of the box/crate as well as the sculpture. If your crate has a shock sensor, please include photo. No exceptions.
