We move FAST - All shipments valued over $100 in value going to the USA ride with DHL International Economy. All shipments valued under $100 ride with Canada Post > USPS. Our objects are handmade and ship from our studio in Montreal, QC.
TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed. If your order is made it will dispatch in 1-3 business days. If your order will be made special for you, production is typically 10 business days. If we receive your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE or DAMAGE
