All objects are handmade and ship from our studio in Montréal, Québec Canada. We’ve successfully shipped concrete for over 12 years. Our breakage rate is less than 1%.

Concrete Cat clears U.S. Customs for you

We have lots of experience with customs clearance and breeze shipments across borders. We're shipping all website purchases DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and we'll cover your US import tariffs and duties.

Timeline and Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed. Your order will dispatch in 1-3 business days. If we receive your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Orders valued $150USD AND OVER will require signature on delivery.

Shipments valued UNDER $150USD include tracking but no signature is required for delivery.
