Orders going to the USA valued $150USD AND OVER ride with DHL International Economy, FedEx Ground or UPS and will automatically be insured and require signature on delivery. Orders travelling within Canada with ship with either Canada Post or FedEx Ground, depending on location and cost. **If you require express shipping or signature on receipt, please note with your order as additional charges may apply.**
Shipments valued UNDER $150USD ride with Canada Post ( for USA destinations transfer to > USPS) and include tracking but no signature is required for delivery.
TIMELINE AND TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed. If your order is made it will dispatch in 1-3 business days. If your order will be made special for you, production is typically 12 business days. If we receive your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
