Our objects are handmade and ship from our studio in Montreal, QC. All shipments valued over $150 in value going to the USA ride with DHL International Economy or FedEx Ground. All shipments valued under $150 ride with Canada Post > USPS. If you require express shipping, please note with your order as additional charges may apply.

TRACKING
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and a shipment confirmation with tracking once your order has been processed. If your order is made it will dispatch in 1-3 business days. If your order will be made special for you, production is typically 12 business days. If we receive your order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE
All sales are final due to the high cost of shipping concrete. Concrete can be gifted infinitely.

DAMAGE
Gravity happens. It is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the sculpture within 24 hours of arrival. If your sculpture is damaged upon arrival you must email us meow@concretecat.com within 24 hours of delivery (in order for us to file a damage claim with the carrier). Send us a photo of the interior and exterior of the box/crate as well as the sculpture. If your crate has a shock sensor, please include photo. No exceptions.

DUTIES + CUSTOMS
Concrete Cat is not responsible for any duties and taxes that may incur from country of destination.

U.S.A. US orders (over $150 in value) ship via DHL Economy and should arrive within 2-5 business days. Orders that ship via Canada Post/USPS (valued under $150) should arrive within 5-10 business days. With Covid safety procedures in place, times are estimated, things are moving as fast and safe as possible. (Due to the Customs process delivery times are estimates and may take longer than stated).
