Golf designer Brad Gehl and design studio Concrete Cat team up to bring their unique surrealist aesthetic to the world of golf.
Their debut “Agustus” is a putting aid designed with inspiration from MacDonald, Dali and Gaudi. It’s a highly functional training gate that’s a beautifully hand-crafted piece to elevate your home or office.
At 108mm across the gate holds the same standards of a regulation putting cup while designed to receive a putt at an optimally paced speed, specifically 17 inches past the cup. With a weight of 1 kilo it’s incredibly solid and rewardingly acoustic, feeling like you're putting into a rock that’s melded with the ground.
Agustus is a chameleon that blends into the background when not in use. It’s a beautiful addition to your home that sits well on your desk, back door or kitchen, catching your odds and ends and waiting for you to squeeze in a little practice.
Each Agustus is made by hand in Concrete Cat’s Montréal based studio and offered in extremely limited quantities.
